It's impossible to create from a state of survival.
Most of us are living in a chronic state of Fight-Flight-Freeze without even knowing it. Worrying, agitated, on edge, sleepless, depressed, anxious and hypervigilent in our environment in essence waiting for the next shoe to drop. It's not a conscious process. Our very thoughts can trigger our stress response. And our body simply follows our brain into our day. We may not even realize that we've become addicted to a life we don't even like.
What about instead of being slaves to our thoughts, we synchonize our heart with our brain instead? How might your life be different if you were living from your heart, your center of oneness and the seat of your divinity?
